1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kairo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Kairo is a personal and team productivity platform that allows: task management, habits, goals, decisions, notes, teams, reports and data export. The service is provided “as is”.
3. Registration and Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Kairo.
- Authentication data is managed by Firebase Authentication.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account.
- The account is personal and non-transferable.
4. Plans and Payments
- Free: basic features with limits on tasks, habits, goals and storage quota.
- Pro: paid monthly/annual subscription with unlimited features.
- Payments processed by Stripe. We do not store card data.
- Cancellation via the app or by contacting hello@kairoelite.app.
- Refunds: within 14 days of initial purchase (right of withdrawal).
5. User Conduct
You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempting to access other users' data.
- Sending spam, malware or offensive content.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to access source code.
- Overloading the infrastructure (DDoS, mass scraping).
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, design, trademarks and content of Kairo are the property of Kairo productivity, Lda. Users may export their personal data at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kairo is not liable for:
- Data loss caused by user device or browser failures.
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.
- Decisions made based on app data (the app is a tool, not professional advice).
Kairo's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
9. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or in the app with 30 days' notice.
